ABC WORLDWIDE · INVESTOR RELATIONS

Connect Local Expertise. Build Global Opportunity.

ABC Worldwide brings business networks, expos, commerce, travel and media into a connected ecosystem. Explore investment and strategic partnership opportunities supporting its next stage of development.

OVERVIEW

A connected ecosystem for business, events and commerce

ABC Worldwide links local experts, companies and members with international events, marketplaces, travel and media — so one relationship can open many markets.

The ecosystem combines a member community with commercial services. Events such as the VIVAVITA expos bring partners together in person; digital platforms carry those relationships forward through networking, marketplaces, media and travel services.

This page sets out how the ecosystem works, how it generates revenue, where capital is directed and how investors and strategic partners can open a confidential discussion.

Complimentary access and paid services

Members can join the community and use core networking features at no charge. Exhibiting, sponsorship, premium memberships, business services, advertising and travel bookings are paid services with published or quoted fees.

Community participation and investor rights

Members take part in the community through events, networking and collaboration. Investors hold the specific rights written into their investment agreement — community membership and contractual investor rights are separate.

Current operations and continuing development

Some services operate today; others are being integrated or built. The briefing sets out which activities currently operate and which remain in development.

ECOSYSTEM

One Ecosystem. Connected Business Opportunities.

Six areas of activity, each feeding the others: events create relationships, networks and marketplaces turn them into business, and media and technology keep them growing.

Status for each area — operating, in development or planned — is confirmed in the investor briefing. Explore the ecosystem

BUSINESS MODEL

How the Ecosystem Generates Revenue

Six revenue categories. Each is listed as a potential stream; the investor briefing identifies which currently generate revenue and which remain planned.

GROWTH STRATEGY

Four priorities for the next stage

Capital and partnerships are directed to four areas. Approved milestones and budgets are shared with investors in the briefing materials.

1

Integrate platforms and member services

One member identity, connected services and shared matchmaking across the ecosystem’s platforms.

2

Develop selected markets and local partnerships

Focused development of chosen markets with local experts, partners and service providers.

3

Expand events and commercial partnerships

More expo editions, sponsorship partnerships and commercial collaborations around them.

4

Strengthen technology, reporting and operations

Reliable systems, financial reporting and the operational capacity to support growth.

OPPORTUNITIES

Investment and strategic partnership

Two routes, each discussed confidentially and documented in a written proposal and agreement.

Investment Participation

Proposed discussion levels. Each level becomes an offer once its terms are set out in a written proposal.

Terms for every level — receiving entity, instrument, eligibility, term, distributions and rights — are established in the relevant proposal and agreement. Any future scenario will state its assumptions and separate distributions, capital repayment and unrealised value.

Strategic Partnerships

Proposed thresholds for larger partnerships. Each requires a separately negotiated agreement.

Duration, scope, responsibilities, performance milestones, exclusivity and governance rights are defined in each partnership agreement. Territorial operating rights are granted only through such an agreement; event calendar coverage in a country is separate from territorial rights.
VIVAVITA SPONSORSHIP

Build Your Brand with VIVAVITA

Explore sponsorship opportunities combining exhibition space, speaking opportunities, brand visibility and business introductions across selected topics and locations.

Sponsorship is a commercial service: agreed promotional services and commercial rights at selected events. It is separate from investment participation.

SOCIAL IMPACT

Alpha Academy

Alpha Academy International is the philanthropic partner of the Apex Ecosystem, supporting complimentary business club networks, gifted talents, education, research and charitable initiatives. It is an independent partner organisation.

Charitable contributions to Alpha Academy are donations and stand apart from investment in the commercial entities. alphaacademies.org

FAQ

Investor questions

What does ABC Worldwide operate?

ABC Worldwide connects business networks, events and expos such as VIVAVITA, commerce and marketplaces, travel and hospitality, and media. The investor briefing sets out which activities currently operate and which remain in development.

Which legal entity receives investment?

The receiving entity is named in each proposal and agreement. The group includes entities in Spain, the USA and further jurisdictions listed in the footer.

What investment structures are available?

Structures are established in the relevant proposal and agreement, including the financial instrument, term, eligibility and rights for each level.

How are investment and sponsorship different?

Sponsorship buys agreed promotional services and commercial rights at selected VIVAVITA events, with published fees. Investment is participation in the business under an investment agreement. They are separate contracts with separate purposes.

What determines financial returns?

Any return depends on the instrument agreed and on the actual performance of the business. Returns are uncertain, capital is at risk, and the proposal explains the mechanism for any distributions.

Is equity available?

Equity participation is discussed for strategic partnerships and is subject to approval. Whether a specific level includes equity is established in the relevant proposal and agreement.

What reporting is provided?

Reporting frequency, financial information, briefings, document access and any governance rights are defined in each investment agreement.

How do topic and territory partnerships work?

Topic partners focus on one vertical — such as Medical & Longevity or Technology & AI. Territory partners express interest by country or region. Scope, duration, responsibilities, milestones and any exclusivity are negotiated in a separate agreement.

How can supporting documents be requested?

Use the briefing form on this page. The Investor Relations team shares the relevant documents for your area of interest as part of the discussion.
