Do I need technical knowledge to take part?
The program is built for business owners, managers and entrepreneurs, with or without technical background. Every tool we work with is a rented, ready-made service; the specialist handles the configuration with you.
Which path is right for me?
If you already run a business and want AI to make it faster and easier, choose Path One. If you want to create a new business that provides AI solutions to others, choose Path Two. Both run through the same four days with their own examples and exercises.
What is the difference between online and in person?
The sessions are identical and run at the same time. In-person participants work in the room with the program team, have access to the expo, pavilions and B2B days, and receive full online access afterwards. Online participants join live, with recordings, templates and the workflow library.
When are the coaching sessions?
Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 in person and live online, and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 live online for everyone. Afternoons stay free for the expo and one-to-one sessions. Times are local to each edition and every online session is recorded.
What does a human agent do?
A named AI FOR BUSINESS specialist works with you personally: three one-to-one sessions at the Program + Human Agent level, six build sessions plus a live AI system at Business Builder, and a complete implementation with 90-day support at Private Build.
Who provides the coaching and AI calling services?
The experts of the APEX ecosystem: AI experts, business experts, freelancers and technology partners, serving clients in 90+ countries. Every service is delivered by a partner in your region and invoiced through APEX Ticket World.
What do the AI tools cost after the program?
Tools are rented directly from the providers and paid to them, typically $150 to $500 per month for a small business. Day 2 of the program covers the selection and the budget.
Can my team join with me?
Yes. A second team member on the same registration receives 50% off. Larger teams and company groups are quoted on request.
What happens if an edition is postponed?
Tickets transfer automatically to the rescheduled dates. Transfers and cancellation requests must reach us at least two days before the event, and online ticket sales close two days before each edition.
What is included in the MyApex.me membership?
A complimentary member account at www.myapex.me with your own My Apex site inside the ecosystem, two ads included, a shop, news and events under your brand, and your own Paragon social media tool at www.abc-worldwide.com/paragon. Register at any time; program participants are activated automatically.
