Congress: call for papers and projects

Apex invites researchers, tourism boards, operators, manufacturers and brands to submit work in any of the four worlds. Accepted papers and projects are presented at the congress sessions of the ecosystem's events.

Submission types: oral presentation, poster, case study, destination or product presentation, and panel proposal.

How submission works

  1. Send a title, a 300-word abstract or project summary, your topic area and your contact details.
  2. The programme committee reviews every abstract and replies by email.
  3. Accepted authors confirm their session and register with a speaker pass.
  4. Apex coordinates the session, the slides and the on-site technical setup.
